Cheap prescription drugs

I was meandering through Kroger last night and noticed an advertisement that they now have $4 generic prescriptions at their pharmacy. And I just thought, huh, that would save some serious cash. I think that's even cheaper than the mail-away option offered through Walgreens. Not to mention, I would have more flexible hours and a more convenient location to pick up my prescriptions.

Anonymous said...: Oh my! That's pretty nice--better than the $10 generics I get through my insurance at UHS, and the savings could add up. Any specifics or WHICH generics it covered? Which Kroger were you at--the one off Plymouth or the one by Stadium?; March 2, 2008 at 6:48 PM
Ms Heather said...: Yeah, totally. Well, actually, I was out at the one in Pinckney, but I suspect it's not restricted just to that location. They have a specific list of medications that are included, and I believe they said it's 100 or more. I'd give the closest location a call and ask them about it.; March 3, 2008 at 9:54 PM
